As the year ends, I want to personally express my heartfelt thanks for your continued business and support through this very challenging year.

I am afraid that I will not remember 2021 with much fondness. Instead, I have been deeply saddened by the passing of beloved customers or their loved ones this past year and dismayed at last service visits from customers who made a life choice to relocate to another city or state. In my 25 years of servicing this community, I have never witnessed this happening at such a dizzying pace.

Yet, it is not all doom and gloom. There is plenty to be grateful for now and in 2022. I, for one, am thankful for the work and the opportunity to be of service. I am also grateful for the many friends and neighbors, both new and old, who visited throughout 2021.

I look forward to seeing you all again in the new year.
