** Shop Hours **

Monday - Thursday: 8AM to 6PM
Friday: 8AM to 5PM
Saturday/Sunday: Closed for family time

** Payment Terms **

The total sum is due upon vehicle pick-up. Preferred methods of payment are cash or debit cards, although credit cards and tap pay options are also accepted. Checks are not accepted.

** Vehicle Storage **

Vehicles left on the premises more than 48 hours after notification of completion will incur storage fees per day. Please note, Luis Lopez Automotive does not guarantee overnight security for stored vehicles; they are kept at the owner’s risk.

 ** SERVICE TERMS **

(1) "YES, DO THIS WORK" - I authorize this service and agree to pay the total sum due, including any sales tax or hazmat fees.

(2) "DEBIT OR CASH, ALSO CREDIT" - I understand payment is due at vehicle pickup. Preferred methods are debit card or cash; credit cards are accepted but no checks.

(3) "NO PAYMENT, NO KEYS" - An express lien is acknowledged on my vehicle to secure the dollar amount of services.

(4) "TALK, TEXT OR EMAIL ME" - I welcome email, text, phone, or in-person verbal communications to receive and authorize estimates, work orders, revisions, or invoices; and to receive notifications.

(5) "GOODBYE OLD PARTS" - I understand that all parts will be disposed of unless I ask otherwise before services start.

(6) "YOU MAY DRIVE & STORE MY CAR" - Your staff may handle and drive my vehicle for testing, inspection, servicing, storage, and delivery at my own risk.

(7) "48 HOURS OR LESS" - I agree to pick up my car within 48 hours or pay storage fees.

(8) "HERE'S MY SIGNATURE" - My written signature proves that I agree with and understand these eight terms.

** 12/12 LIMITED WARRANTY TERMS **

12-Month/12,000-Mile Warranty: At Luis Lopez Automotive, we stand behind our services with a 12-month or 12,000-mile warranty, whichever comes first. If there is a defect in our workmanship within this period, we'll repair or replace it free of charge. For defective products used in our services, separate manufacturer warranties specific to the product apply. If a product fails within our 12/12 warranty period, our labor to replace it will be at no charge. This warranty is exclusive to the original service purchaser. To claim it, return the vehicle to our shop at 2751 Fletcher Drive, Los Angeles, CA 90039 during regular business hours, at your own expense. Warranty work carried out by other shops will not be covered or reimbursed.

Limitations and Disclaimers: Our 12/12 warranty specifically covers the services we provide. We make no other guarantees, either express or implied, including suitability for specific uses. No third party is authorized to assume liabilities on our behalf, and additional losses like time or income are not claimable.

** DISCLOSURES **

Vehicle Storage: Luis Lopez Automotive does not guarantee security for overnight storage. You keep your vehicle on-premises at your own risk. 

Hazardous Material / Environmental Compliance Charge: Maintaining and repairing your car involves using chemicals and the generation of hazardous wastes (solvents, oil caustics, lead, asbestos, etc.) that must be stored, managed, and disposed of in strict compliance with environmental regulations. Therefore, we list a compliance charge on the appropriate service bill when the job or service requires it.
