Test Drive Policy

Some services and diagnostic procedures require us to test drive a vehicle before, during, or after repairs. For safety, legal compliance, and insurance reasons, Luis Lopez Automotive will only test drive vehicles that have:

  1. Current, valid vehicle registration

  2. Valid registration tags or other current operating authorization

  3. Current auto insurance

If a vehicle does not have valid registration, current tags, or active insurance, we will decline service if the requested work or diagnosis may require a test drive.

Customers may email proof of current registration and insurance to hello@luislopezautomotive.com before the appointment or before repair authorization.

Luis Lopez Automotive reserves the right to pause, delay, or decline work if required documentation is not provided before a road test is needed.
