Upon Arrival 🅿️
When you arrive, park in any convenient spot and come to our main office under the canopy. Luis or another team member will greet you there. If no one is at the desk, ring the bell 🔔 and we’ll be with you shortly.
Getting Started 📝
If you’re a first-time customer, we’ll collect your contact and vehicle information, go over your concerns or service needs, prepare an estimate, and document everything on a work order. Once you approve it, we’ll begin work. You’ll receive a digital copy of the work order by email or text.
Test Drive
Some repairs and diagnostics require a road test. For safety, legal, and insurance reasons, we only road test vehicles with current registration, valid tags or operating permit, and active insurance. Click here to view our test drive policy.
Waiting Options ☀️🌧️
Our shop is part of local and automotive history. Built in 1936 as a Mobil gas station, it was later converted into an auto repair shop, and its Streamline Moderne design still serves us well today. Because of the building’s layout, we only have an outdoor waiting area, which may not be comfortable in extreme heat, cold, or rain. You’re welcome to drop off your car and return when service is complete.
During Service 🔧
Once work begins, our technicians may need full access to your vehicle. This can include entering the car, lowering the driver’s window to avoid locking the keys inside, lifting the vehicle on our hoists, and test driving it on city streets or the highway to confirm repairs. We recommend bringing your car in with enough gas, since some services require idling or longer test drives. If your vehicle has anti-theft wheel locks, please bring the key if tire removal may be needed.

If you need to reach us after dropping off your car, the fastest way is to call us at (323) 665-0166 📞 during business hours. You can also text us at (833) 263-1508 💬. We use that number for service updates, so please check your spam folder and mark our texts as safe so you don’t miss important messages. We only text about your vehicle or service. Completion and Pickup ✅
When your service or repair is complete, Luis or another team member will contact you by text, email, or phone to let you know your vehicle is ready. At pickup, we’ll review the work performed, answer any questions, process payment, and provide a hard copy of your invoice. 🧾
